TM has unveiled the insane, street-legal Audi R8 GT3-2.

Just like the latest Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni editon, the German tuner MTM Online has ditched the Quattro system from the R8. With that crucial modification the R8 MTM is significantly lighter that the ordinary. MTM has also installed a differential lock for the Audi GT3.

R8 MTM customers will also find a fully adjustable sports suspension, an highly improved brakes, aerodynamic carbon fiber body parts to further reduce the weight with front carbon fiber spoiler, side skirts and rear wing also from carbon fiber. An MTM 20-inch forged wheels with Dunlop Sport Maxx GT (or Michelin Cup Sport) tires are also fitted on the R8 GT3 to improve the handling capabilities.
